Line Crew

Works on both the Burrito-Line and the Panini-Line. Must be an individual who understands the importance of great customer service and excellent food quality.

Some of the many responsibilities include:

  • Waiting on customers

  • Answering the phone

  • Using our POS system (Micros for 'punching' in orders)

  • Rolling burritos

  • Grilling panini

  • Cleaning

  • Smiling… yes, smiling!

  • Working well with others. TEAMWORK!

dish Crew

Are you detail orientated and organized? This important position includes the categories of dishwashing, stocking and general cleaning. 

 

Some of the many responsibilities include:

  • Following all cleanliness and sanitation standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness of pots, pans, containers, cooking utensils

  • Stock beverage cooler (labels must face front)

  • Sweeping/scrubbing/mopping floors and decks, 

  • Cleaning, maintaining and assisting with the organization of dish-area, kitchen, prep areas, reach-in coolers, walk-in coolers, dry-storage areas, equipment, untensils, tools, etc.

PREP Crew

Works with other Kitchen Crew members to ensure the production of exceptional food quality. Abides by Corner Store’s Policies and Procedures. Helps to maintain the highest sanitation and safety standards.

KITCHEN Crew

Work with other crew members to ensure the production of exceptional food quality. Follow Corner Store policies and procedures. Help to maintain the highest sanitation and safety standards.

 

Some of the many responsibilities include:

  • Prep, cook, smile… yes, smile!

  • Ensure the highest quality food served at all times from our "scratch" kitchen

  • Prep, following recipes 

  • Accuracy and consistency are key — measure, don't estimate

  • Clean, maintain and organize kitchen, reach-in coolers, walk-in coolers, dry-storage areas, equipment, utensils, tools, etc.

baking crew

Under limited direction from kitchen lead, measures, and mixes ingredients to make and bake whoopie pies, cookie dough, brownies, biscotti, toppings, icing, and other baked goods. Completes any special orders as required.
